What Information I Collect
Information You Give Me
When you contact me through the site or email, I collect:

- Email address
- Any information you include in your message
- Company name (if you provide it)
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit this site, basic analytics are collected:
- Pages you visit
- Time spent on site
- Browser type and device information
- General location (city/country level, not precise)
- Referring website
This is handled through standard web analytics (likely Vercel Analytics or Google Analytics) and helps me understand what content is useful.
How I Use Your Information
Contact form submissions: To respond to your inquiry. That's it. I don't add you to mailing lists without asking.
Analytics data: To understand what content people find valuable and improve the site. I look at aggregate trends, not individual behavior.
Case studies and testimonials: If we work together and I want to write about it, I'll ask permission first. Client confidentiality matters.
What I Don't Do With Your Information
- Sell it. Never. To anyone.
- Share it with third parties except for essential services (email provider, hosting, analytics).
- Send you marketing emails unless you specifically ask to be added to a mailing list.
- Track you across the internet. I don't use retargeting pixels or ad networks.
Cookies and Tracking
This site uses minimal cookies:
Essential cookies: Required for the site to function (session management, security).
Analytics cookies: Track basic usage patterns to help improve the site. These are anonymized and aggregated.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, I just won't know which pages are popular.
Third-Party Services
This site uses a few external services:
Hosting: Vercel (see their privacy policy)
Analytics: Vercel Analytics or Google Analytics (anonymized, aggregate data only)
Email: Google Workspace for contact form responses
Contact Forms: May use a form service like Formspree or similar
These services have their own privacy policies. I choose providers that respect privacy, but you should review their policies if concerned.
Data Security
Your information is stored securely:
- Encrypted in transit (HTTPS everywhere)
- Contact form submissions sent via encrypted email
- No sensitive data stored in databases
- Access restricted to me only
That said, no internet transmission is 100% secure. If you're sharing something highly sensitive, use encrypted email instead of contact forms.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
Access: Ask what information I have about you (probably just your contact form submission).
Deletion: Request that I delete your information. I'll do it within 30 days.
Correction: Tell me if information I have is wrong and I'll fix it.
Opt-out: Unsubscribe from any communications (if you ever subscribed).

Data Retention
Contact form submissions: Kept until the conversation is resolved, then deleted unless there's a business reason to keep them (like we're working together).
Analytics data: Retained by the analytics provider according to their policy, typically 14-26 months.
Project-related communications: If we work together, I keep project records for professional purposes (portfolio, case studies with permission, tax records). Retained for 3-7 years depending on legal requirements.
Children's Privacy
This site isn't directed at anyone under 18. I don't knowingly collect information from minors. If you're a parent and think I have information about your child, contact me and I'll delete it.
International Users
I'm based in India. If you're in the EU, UK, California, or anywhere with strong privacy laws, you have additional rights:
GDPR (EU/UK): Right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You can file complaints with your local data protection authority.
CCPA (California): Right to know what information is collected, right to delete, right to opt-out of sales (not applicable—I don't sell data).
Other jurisdictions: I'll honor reasonable privacy requests regardless of where you're located.
Changes to This Policy
I'll update this policy if practices change. Updates will be posted here with a new "Last Updated" date. For major changes, I might send an email if I have your contact info.
I won't reduce your rights under this policy without your consent.
